This recipe is so easy to make but the result is so good that you'll be ssurprised.
My little boy who's doesn't like bananas so much ate 3 muffins at once and asked me to make them again tomorrow.
And if I've made him to say so...well I guess that the muffins are really good...try them and you won't regret.
For16 small muffins-
Ingredients-
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 1/4 cup flour
1 baking powder - 10 gr.
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3-4 bananas
Handful of walnuts- if you're making the muffins for kids you can skip this step
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Whip together the eggs, sugar and oil for about 2-3 minutes until the mixture becomes bright.
Add all the other ingredients and mix them well until the mixture is even.
Pour the mixture into paper cupcake cup which is placed in a muffin baking dish until 3/4 of it's height.
Bake for about 20 minutes until the muffins are gold and a toothpick inserted in the centre of the muffin is completely dry.
Let the muffins to cool down and spread on them caster sugar.
